Dr Paul Mallett
Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Paul Mallett is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with over thirty years of work in general adult mental health. He has spent many years practising at senior consultant level and brings a depth of clinical judgement developed through long-standing work with a wide range of adult psychiatric presentations. Dr Mallett works with adults experiencing complex mental health difficulties, including depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and presentations involving significant emotional and psychological complexity. He is particularly experienced in working with individuals whose difficulties are longstanding or multifaceted and require careful, integrative psychiatric assessment and treatment. Alongside his clinical work, Dr Mallett has held senior leadership roles within the NHS, including serving as Medical Director of an NHS Trust. He continues to undertake consultancy work within NHS organisations, contributing his experience to understanding complex clinical situations and supporting learning at service level. Dr Mallett qualified from Guy’s Hospital Medical School in 1985 and was appointed as a Consultant Psychiatrist in 1993, when he became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He is approved under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act and remains in good standing with the Royal College. He is fully registered with the General Medical Council and engages in ongoing professional development and peer supervision.

Dr Rohit Bhardwaj
Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Rohit Bhardwaj is a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist and a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He has extensive experience assessing and treating adults across a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Dr Bhardwaj works with presentations including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar affective disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. His approach is grounded in careful assessment and thoughtful formulation, with close attention to the complexity of each individual’s experience. He has a particular interest in the assessment and management of ADHD in adults and works in line with rigorous clinical guidelines to provide high-quality, evidence-based care, remaining attentive to developments within the field. Dr Bhardwaj also has a strong interest in psychological therapies and works within a biopsychosocial framework, taking account of personal history, psychological patterns, and individual preferences. He is actively involved in the teaching and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate trainees in psychiatry.
