Therapies

At Hampstead Psychology, our clinical and counselling psychologists draw on a range of evidence-based therapies. We often use CBT as a core approach, in line with NICE recommendations for many common difficulties, and we also offer other therapies where they are a better fit for the person, the problem, and the goals of the work. Some clients prefer brief, structured therapy, while others benefit from a longer-term, more reflective approach. We’ll help you find the therapy model that best suits what you’re coming for.

Contact us

Hampstead Psychology is a primary care service and does not provide crisis or secondary care mental health support. If you, or the person you are enquiring for, is currently experiencing active suicidal thoughts, anorexia, or difficulties such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, or severe personality or conduct disorder (whether current or previously diagnosed), we are not the right service. In these circumstances, please contact your GP or call NHS 111 for appropriate support and guidance.
