Dr Rohit Bhardwaj is a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist and a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He brings extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of adults across the full range of major psychiatric disorders and works with a broad spectrum of mental health presentations.

Dr Rohit has considerable clinical experience working with conditions including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar affective disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. His work is grounded in careful assessment and thoughtful formulation, with close attention to the complexity and individuality of each person’s presentation.

Alongside his general adult psychiatry work, Dr Rohit has a particular interest in the assessment and management of ADHD in adults. He has extensive experience in this area and works in line with rigorous clinical guidelines to ensure that patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care. He remains attentive to developments within the field and integrates emerging evidence into his clinical practice where appropriate.

Dr Rohit has a strong interest in the use of psychological therapies and consistently works within a biopsychosocial framework. He takes care to consider each individual’s personal history, psychological patterns, personality characteristics, and preferences, aiming to work collaboratively to develop treatment approaches that feel meaningful, respectful, and well-matched to the person.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Rohit has been actively involved in the teaching and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate trainees in psychiatry, reflecting his commitment to high standards of clinical practice and ongoing professional development.
