Binge Eating
If you find yourself eating large amounts of food in a short time, often in secret or until you feel uncomfortably full, you may be struggling with binge eating. This can feel distressing, confusing, and hard to stop — but you’re not alone, and help is available.
At Hampstead Psychology, we offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to support people struggling with binge eating and their relationship with food.
