Individual therapy and couples counselling

At Hampstead Psychology, we offer individual therapy and couples counselling with clinical and counselling psychologists who are experienced in working at depth and working efficiently. Many clients come to us because they want to feel confident about who they’re seeing from the outset, rather than spending months testing whether it’s the right fit. We take time to understand what’s happening and what you want to change, then match you with the psychologist best placed to help, with appointments available in Hampstead and Marylebone and online.

We draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, ACT, compassion-focused therapy and schema therapy, tailored to the person and the problem.

Meet Our team of clinical and counselling psychologists

Hampstead Psychology is led by a senior team of clinical and counselling psychologists, selected for the standard of their clinical work, depth of training, and breadth of experience. This means you’re working with psychologists who can assess carefully, build a clear formulation, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a way that is both nuanced and effective, especially when the difficulties are complex, long-standing, or hard to shift.

Clients choose us when they want a higher level of psychological expertise and a service that is consistent, discreet, and focused on meaningful change rather than open-ended conversation.
