Dr Shabnam Hariri is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She provides high-quality psychological therapy to individuals and couples, drawing on extensive training and senior-level experience to support a wide range of emotional, psychological, and health-related difficulties. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by a thoughtful understanding of each client’s individual needs and circumstances.
Shabnam works with adults experiencing difficulties including ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, depression, chronic pain, women’s health concerns, and diabetes. She also supports people struggling with stress, sleep problems, public speaking anxiety, self-confidence, and the psychological impact of long-term health conditions. Her approach is holistic, recognising the close relationship between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and identity.
Her therapeutic work is integrative and flexible, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Couples Counselling.
