Dr Jessica Gash

Jessica is an experienced HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience providing psychological therapy across NHS, charity, and private settings. She brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Jessica specialises in working with both historic and recent trauma, supporting neurodiverse clients, and helping individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation and disordered eating. She also works with a broad spectrum of psychological difficulties including anxiety, low mood, post-traumatic and complex post-traumatic stress, attachment wounding, relational difficulties, and low self-esteem.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and highly individualised, drawing from several evidence-based models to meet each client’s unique needs. Jessica is trained and experienced in:
