Dr Jamie Chan is an experienced Counselling Psychologist and corporate coach with a broad background in both clinical and organisational settings across the UK, Australia, and the USA. She specialises in supporting individuals through life’s challenges, from managing anxiety, stress, and burnout to developing stronger coping strategies and achieving personal growth. Her approach is both compassionate and results-focused, offering therapy that is tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Jamie works with a diverse range of clients, including professionals, executives, and those in the public eye, as well as individuals managing more complex mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in supporting clients from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds and values the importance of cultural understanding in therapy. Beyond one-to-one therapy, she has also delivered workshops, facilitated support groups, and contributed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, with a strong commitment to making psychological support accessible and inclusive.
